🔐 Portal Access Codes —
Set the login code for each portal. Saves instantly — no redeploy. A portal with no code set cannot be logged into at all. Give each code out privately, never in the group chat.
6–16 letters or numbers. Obvious codes (911, 1234, 0000) are refused — these reach revenue and team management. Setting Jess’s code here is also what switches her Reports access on.

The Admin Portal is for Tasha, Jess and Dos only. Each logs in with their name and their own admin code, so the Login Log shows who, and a new code for one person doesn’t touch the others. Sessions last 7 days.
